Our Professor in LBYBUS asked us to write a blog about our last presentation. and my groupmate(Zoie Papera) and I decided to do a presentation about the richest man in the Philippines-Henry Sy.  we chose to do a presentation about Henry Sy because he is also an entrepreneur, which is related to our course and the story behind his success was really inspiring. Our presentation is about the life of Henry Sy and his achievements. Henry Sy was a Filipino-chinese born in china but later moved to the Philippines with his father hoping to earn a living in the Philippines. Henry Sy faced many crisis in life before he became as successful as he is now. Before i research about him, my view of him is just a random guy with a great success in life. But while i was reading about his life and achievements, i was really amazed. He really did his best in order to be as rich as he is now. After doing a research and a presentation about him, i felt inspired. Even a guy who started with nothing can become so succesfull in life. How much more us? We don't have to worry about our meals. we are so lucky that we can go to college and others have to work so hard in order to even get a living. Henry Sy is really a great entrepreneur and can be a good role model for us. 

Our professor had also asked us to choose three presentations presented by our blockmates. And i my opinion, the top three are:

1. "how to make Ombre Shorts" by Sam, Jewel, and Kerwin.  i like this presentation because it is really interesting and the topic is also suitable for girls who want to learn how to make ombre shorts. the powerpoint is lively and the presenters also did well on presenting the topic

2. How to Handle Rejection" by Kevin and Bianca. being rejected is very common specially at our age and most of us still dont know how to deal with rejection. through their presentation,  i understand how and why people got rejected and how can i deal with rejection. i have also realized that being rejected hurts and i should not do it to others too.

3. "How to be a heartthrob" by Maki and Enzo. i like this presentation because it is funny and it lighten the mood of the class also the presenters were also funny and interesting.
